Refund and Returns Policy — Felamour

At Felamour, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent refund and returns process.


Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Products must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • With tags and original packaging intact

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Gift cards

    • Sale or clearance items

    • Personal care items (e.g. cosmetics, skincare) for hygiene reasons


💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. damaged or incorrect item).


🔁 Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@felamour.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return otherwise.


📩 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@felamour.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

  3. Ship the item to the return address we provide.

  • Felamour reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy.

  • Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
